Delete your account and data

You can delete your MultiStopPlanner account and all its data at any time — in the app or on the website.

1. Open the app or the website → Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap "Delete account".
3. Confirm. Your account, routes, stops and saved places are deleted immediately.

No access to the app? Email info@multistopplanner.com from the account's address and we will delete it within 7 days.

What remains: copies in backups are deleted within 30 days. A Google Play or App Store subscription is not cancelled automatically — cancel it in the store you bought it in.
